The Delivery Process
At Xforce, we ensure that your order is processed promptly and reaches you in excellent condition. Once your order is processed, all products undergo a quality inspection to ensure they meet our standards. After passing final quality checks, the items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach your provided address or contact you at the time of delivery, they will get in touch to resolve the issue.
Packaging
We take pride in our packaging process. Our products are securely packed in protective boxes and packaging materials to ensure safe transit. Fragile or sensitive items receive additional protective wrapping when necessary.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your package approximately 24 hours after dispatch.

Multiple Shipments
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, it simply means that items are being dispatched from different warehouse locations.
